I had been wanting it for quite some time, so to get the call randomly while I was shooting definitely had me shook, and I was beaming to say the least.”

Speaking about the experience, Angel also reflected on the photoshoot and the team behind it.

“The photoshoot has been absolutely insane. The photographer, Xavier Luggage, is someone I’ve known for a few years, so having him there was amazing. Everybody on set is such a joy to be around, my makeup artist Lucy is one of my favorites, and the Vixen team absolutely killed it on the concept. I cannot wait for y’all to see.”

As part of the Vixen Angel tradition, Angel was presented with the signature Vixen necklace, a custom gold Tiffany piece set with a brilliant-cut diamond in the iconic “V” pendant, marking her official induction. 

“It’s a symbol to me of really solidifying a point in my career that I’ve been waiting for,” added Angel. “I’ve always had a bit of imposter syndrome, but slowly I’ve gotten myself to a point where there’s no denying how far I’ve come, so this is another accolade that kind of proves it to myself.”

With Violet, Liz, Alina, and Vanna by her side, the moment became a shared celebration, with the girls there to support her, cheer her on, and mark the occasion together.
